The Feelings Factory started as one t-shirt made after a therapy session. That first design โ FAWN AF โ came out of learning what "fawning" actually is: people-pleasing to an extreme, agreeing with everything, shrinking yourself to stay safe. Putting that word on a shirt turned out to be its own kind of therapy.
Every design since has come from the same place: real feelings that are usually easier to laugh about than talk about out loud. The overstimulation. The dismissive "at least you're alive." The days the earth feels like it's on fire and somehow that's fine. We make shirts for people who feel things fully and would rather wear the punchline than explain the whole story.
Say the quiet part on a t-shirt. If it's true for you, it's worth putting on your chest.
Every design starts as something real โ a therapy session, a hard day, an inside joke with our own brains.
Soft, unisex, true-to-size tees, because feeling seen shouldn't come with an itchy collar.
A little dark humor, a lot of heart. We take feelings seriously; we just don't take ourselves too seriously.
